Paradox of our Choices

I recently purchased this book while browsing through a bookstore. I had heard of this book but the big idea behind this book applies to virtually everything. This is basically a psychological analysis of materialism and excess freedom and how it affects depression. It may sound very unusual but it makes tremendous sense. I am still reading the book but this is where I first heard of it a long long time ago.

WARNING: I forgot there was a nasty cartoon in there, it makes a point but if you want to skip it, it’s at 12:00 to 12:20. Regardless, you should get a brain-surge after watching this 😀

Subhana kallahumma wa bihamdik ash-haduana la illaha illa ant astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk. Ameen.
