Entrance Dua 11

O Allah! Make me an intercessor on Yawmul Qiyamah for those who have aided me, whether I have liked it or not, for Your sake and make me an intercessor those whom none can or will intercede, ameen!

Something I composed a while back…

  3. Ameen, amazing dua.

  4. As-salamu ‘alaykum,

    Nice post, sidi Dawud.

  5. Assalaamu ‘Alaikum waRahmatu(A)llaah
Would there be Shafi’een-Intercessors on Yawmul Qiyaamah other than Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam, because in Khutbah of Jumu’ah we hear that every nabi would say nafsee nafsee-my self,my self.

    • Intercessor in this context that when Allah is judging a single person, then I will be able to intercede on his behalf because he helped me.

Otherwise, yes of course you are right- however, there are other ways in which people may intercede, for example, help people cross the Bridge of Siraat.

  6. “… and make me an intercessor those whom none can or will intercede, ameen”

The Messenger of Allah, upon him be blessings and peace, is the intercessor of all intercessors. If he, Allah bless him and give him peace, [hypothetically] cannot or will not intercede for someone, then no other creation can intercede for that person.

Therefore, please re-phrase the 2nd part of your du’a above.

    Allah knows best.
